The launch of our Australian online Korean skincare store

Posted by The Skin Alley on

What an exciting milestone! How an idea of opening a skincare store has become our reality. From its conception to launch and how much thought, time and passion that has went into developing The Skin Alley. Bringing our love of Korean skincare and sharing it with the broader community. We believe you have to start somewhere, so come join us not only on our skincare journey but yours too. That is why we are always open to feedback and open discussions, especially anything skincare. Have a skin concern? Need more information about products? Curious about ingredients formulated in a product? Need a personalised tailored skincare routine? Have suggestions on what you want us to stock? We welcome all questions, as we believe this is our job.

Did you know

At The Skin Alley, we endeavour to be kind to mother nature. We have taken several initiatives to lower our carbon footprint.

We plan on achieving this by paying a premium on goods we provide to you through our freight partners. For instance, consolidation with our primary import partner DHL and partaking in their GOGREEN CARBON NEUTRAL program. This service helps us combat climate change by offsetting emissions resulted from the transportation of goods. The Skin Alley is getting behind their mission of zero emissions by 2050. Some approaches include reducing local air pollution by implementing cleaner pick-up and delivery solutions on first and last mile services. Incorporating Green Solutions into sales to develop greener customer supply chains. Certifying numerous employees to specialise and participate in environmental activities such as joint partnerships in planting one million trees each year.

All deliveries to you are carbon neutral thanks to the extensive efforts of Australia post. They purchase carbon offset credits and reduce emissions in their operations to match the environmental impacts resulting from every parcel that they deliver.

We try to use recyclable packaging where we can. From the cardboard box, and paper stuffing used to protect your purchase. So love the skin you're in, but most importantly love the Earth you're in!
